When you approved the final product and later requested a refund within 180 days, our policy is as follows:

• The service includes digital downloads or templates that have already been accessed or used.
• You may request a partial or full refund when the final delivered product does not meet your expectations and preference for reasonable quality standards, and you have submitted a clear and detailed revision request, and we fail to address those concerns.

The charged amount will be returned to you.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
